Symbolic Ceremony
Waiver and Release of Liability Form
The undersigned do hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that the ceremony that they have requested [INSERT NAME OF PACKAGE] (the “Ceremony”) is purely symbolic in nature and may not be legally valid, binding or enforceable in the jurisdiction in which the undersigned resides. The undersigned further understand that in order to enter into a marriage or other valid legally binding union, they must first confirm that such union is recognized by the applicable governmental authority where they reside and comply with any and all rules and regulations set forth by such governmental authority (including, obtaining a license).
In consideration of the foregoing and the performance of the Ceremony, the undersigned hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless The Wedding Experience, Carnival Cruise Lines, Carnival Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage, including attorneys’ fees that may occur in connection with the Ceremony.
